Digital products
Toolbox talk bundles are digital products supplied as described on the store page. Product descriptions identify the included topics, language options, and file formats. No physical shipment is included unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
License and permitted use
After a purchase is completed, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for the purchaser's own company operations, training, and jobsite safety meetings. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute the files or extracts without written permission.
Safety and compliance responsibility
Digital materials are starting points and meeting resources. They do not replace a site-specific safety program, competent-person judgment, project requirements, manufacturer instructions, or review by a qualified safety professional. Purchasing a document does not guarantee acceptance by OSHA, ISNetworld, Avetta, an owner, a general contractor, or any other reviewer.
Custom services
Custom programs, manuals, JHAs, consulting, and other professional services are separate from digital product purchases. Scope, timing, deliverables, and pricing for custom work should be confirmed directly with Blueprint Safety LLC before work begins.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout when tax collection is enabled. Payment information is handled through the payment provider shown at checkout.
Delivery and refunds
Digital delivery is governed by the Digital Delivery Policy. Questions or problems with an order are handled under the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, original documents, and digital products belong to Blueprint Safety LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the materials.
