This policy describes information Blueprint Safety LLC receives through this website and how inquiries are handled.
Information submitted through the site
The consultation form requests your name and email address. Phone number and company are optional. The work summary, checklist answers, and consultation goal you enter are sent with the same request. The contact form requests the information shown on that form. The Toolbox Talk App testing-interest form requests an email address.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or confidential worker records through a website form.
How information is used
- Respond to consultation, contact, and app-testing inquiries.
- Review the work and questions you choose to send to Mike.
- Maintain the records needed to manage and secure the website and business communications.
Website forms, email, and hosting
Form submissions are stored by the website so Mike can review and respond. The site sends notification email to Mike’s Google Workspace mailbox. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. Emails may remain in the mailbox after the website form entry is reviewed.
Analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless a measurement ID is configured and a visitor allows analytics through Cookie preferences. If enabled, it measures page visits and selected actions such as phone links, consultation links, and successful form submissions. Form field contents are not included in those analytics events. Necessary cookies support site operation and security.
Online store and payments
There is no online store or checkout on this website at this time. Blueprint Safety does not request payment-card information through its website forms or email. If the site’s services or data practices change, this policy should be reviewed and updated.
Sharing, retention, and requests
Blueprint Safety does not sell information submitted through its forms. Information may be processed by the hosting and email providers needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Records are retained for business, security, and recordkeeping needs; no fixed deletion period is represented here. Contact Mike to ask about a submission or request a correction.
